Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Effectively communicate policy details, coverage options, and answer client inquiries
- Renew policies for existing clients, ensuring continuous coverage
- Proactively reach out to clients prior to their review to evaluate clients’ risk profiles and recommend appropriate coverage levels
- Analyze property and casualty risks to determine the most suitable insurance options
- Maintain accurate and up to date client records and policy documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing the clients concerns and inquiries in a timely manner
