Molly was born and raised in Salisbury, MD. She attended Salisbury University and received her bachelor’s degree in business management from the Perdue School of Business. Through college, she interned with Billy Staples and has stayed on the insurance path ever since. She enjoys reading, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, baking, and traveling with her husband and friends.
